OU football is back in the winning column after defeating Mississippi State 23-15 this weekend.
The Sooners (4-3) need two more wins to become bowl eligible, and with five games left this season, including two against unranked teams, OU is expected to make a postseason appearance.
OU defeated the Bulldogs on the road, and will return home on Saturday to host the South Carolina Gamecocks, who are coming off an upset win over No. 14 Tennessee.
