The Sooners enter the matchup with a 4-3 record after defeating Mississippi State 23-15 last weekend. Quarterback John Mateer delivered one of his strongest performances of the season, completing 22 of 29 passes for 283 yards and two touchdowns. Oklahoma also rushed for a season-high 184 yards, providing some much-needed balance to an offense that has struggled with consistency. Head coach Brent Venables will look for another strong defensive performance from a unit that ranks among the nation’s best in several categories as the Sooners pursue consecutive victories for the first time this season.

South Carolina also enters Saturday’s contest at 4-3 but has plenty of momentum after knocking off ranked opponents Florida and Tennessee in consecutive games. Quarterback LaNorris Sellers threw four touchdown passes in a 38-19 victory over Florida before helping the Gamecocks defeat Tennessee 27-24 last weekend. Defensive standout Dylan Stewart has also played a significant role, forcing a late fumble against the Volunteers that set up the winning field goal. South Carolina will look to extend its winning streak to three games when the teams kick off at 4:15 p.m. ET on SEC Network.

This is a great college football matchup that you will not want to miss; make sure to tune in and catch all the action.
